The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of parks, playgrounds, reserves, streetscapes, wetlands, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage diverse greenfield landscaping projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and ensure exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to bring landscape visions to life.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, maximizing crew performance.
- Ensure adherence to WHS regulations and maintain a safe worksite.
- Be the primary client and stakeholder contact, providing clear communication and updates.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of landscape construction principles, design concepts, and WHS regulations.
- A valid working at heights certificate and white card are highly desirable.
- Experience with civil and/or commercial landscape projects is a plus.
- A passion for creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes.
