Council seeks a passionate individual with a thirst for sharing community information and history to join our customer-focused Tourism team. You will be responsible for the operation of the Visitor Information & Exhibition Centre and Museum, providing advice to visitors on accommodation and local attractions and assisting with development of marketing strategies and tourism products.
This permanent part-time position (pro-rata salary) will allow the Information and Exhibition Centre to be opened for several hours on Saturdays. This position is a job share arrangement of approximately 20 hours per week, however it is flexible and this could be negotiated, for example, working school hours only.
