Keep Out of the Cold this winter…at Australia’s highest altitude trampolining park!We are recruiting enthusiastic and fun-loving Visitor Service Officers to join the Buller Air Zone team. What is Air Zone? A fun indoor facility for kids and adults, featuring trampolines, airbags and rock-climbing walls. As a member of the Air Zone team, you will be responsible setting up to packing down of the facility and ensure our guests enjoy these facilities safely. One of the perks of this role is that staff work in shifts so there will be plenty of time for them to enjoy the resort activities, both on and off the snow! What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- First aid certificate HLTAID011 (required)
- Experience in a customer service role/and or office environment.
- Familiar with POS transactions, experience processing customer transactions
- Laser sharp focus on providing a safe and fun environment for our guests.
- A knack for talking to people and a solutions-focused approach when dealing with problems.
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Available from May/June to the start of October 2024 (including weekends and school holidays)
