Experienced leadership, customer service, problem solving, enthusiastic, leaders for winter, indoor & outdoor positions at Mt Hotham Alpine Resort.
Our Visitor Service Team Leaders are the first point of call for our outdoor Visitor Services Officers. They are responsible for the coordination of outdoor village operations in the resort, such as managing car parks, outdoor village services, chain fitting bays, traffic management, village bus stops, snow play areas and assisting in set up and pack down of the resort for the winter season.With so much going on at the resort we offer the Team Leader role in 2 shifts, day or night, which means our Team Leaders have plenty of time to enjoy resort activities when they aren’t working.
This is an outdoor role, so you could be working in some harsh weather conditions, but we will kit you out in uniform to keep you warm!

- Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Australian driver licence
- Experience in a customer service role/and or office environment
- Experience driving in hazardous weather and road conditions
- Laser sharp focus on providing a safe and fun environment for our guests
- Ability to ‘iron out’ any unexpected issues that might arise
- Physically capable of taking on demanding tasks in potentially harsh conditions.
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available from May/June to mid-October 2024 (including weekends and school holidays)
