The opportunityAs a Visitor Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors to our resort. This position requires a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is a visitor facing role that provides information, services and support to visitors, stakeholders, schools and the community. This role would also be responsible for any administrative duties required by the resort as well as the coordination of school visitation.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in customer service, tourism or Visitor Services information
- Provide Office Administration support for the resort
- First aid certificate HLTAID011 (desirable)
- Victorian Working With Children Card – Employee Type (mandatory)
- Prior experience in cash handling / EFTPOS (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
