Our Visitor Service Officers are the 'go-to-people' for guests visiting the resort. Whether it is answering phone queries or assisting guests as they pass through the Resort Entry, they are the friendly faces that provide outstanding customer service and knowledge about the resort. In this role, no two days will be the same as you move around the resort fulfilling the needs of the Visitor Experience team.

What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Experience in a customer service role/and or office environment/housekeeping.
- Laser sharp focus on providing a safe and fun environment for our guests.
- A knack for talking to people and a solutions-focused approached approach when dealing with problems.
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Available to work weekends and school holidays.
- Available from June to 30 September 2024.
