Site Supervisor - Kalgoorlie Wa - Remote

We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company. Our clients include Public Housing and Community Housing across the country.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to work in full time permanent role to assist in the onsite delivery of maintenance services at residential and vacant dwellings in Kalgoorlie WA.

It is a varied and fast paced role that includes job quotations, management of variations, rectification of defects and the management of subcontractors.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work;
• Scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
• Scoping of works;
• Quality inspections;
• Confident and friendly, and MUST be able to work autonomously;
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• Good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful)

Essential:

• Trade or building background preferred but not essential;
• Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential;
• Must have a current Drivers Licence;
• White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment;
• Ability to pass a National Police Check.
