Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Waiter Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure top-notch customer service, manage staff efficiently, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train waitstaff to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and present menus.
• Oversee dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
• Assist with end-of-shift financial reconciliations and cash handling.
• Coordinate stock takes and manage inventory.
• Set and arrange tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle payments.
• Clear tables, handle dish returns, and manage glassware.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus but not essential.

• Expected salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year
