The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic Distribution Centre team, supporting our site operational effectiveness through efficient administration.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the organised operation of site-specific tasks, and will involve a variety of day-to-day office, analysis, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
What you’ll be doing
This role has a broad remit, as you collaborate with various stakeholders internally and externally. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain sites administrative process, including document management, filing and record keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the site.
- Compile and analyse data related to site operations and expenses.
- Support key projects for the site.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Are you up for the challenge?
We’re looking for someone who is outcome and customer focused with a can-do attitude, ideally demonstrating experience in the following:
- Proven experience in administrative roles preferably in FMCG environment.
- Diploma or certificate in business administration or related field.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of competence with Microsoft office package.
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
- Strong relationship management skills.
