About the role:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administratorcontracted for 6-months (subject to renewal) to support our Berrinba Warehouse operation.  

This role will focus on providing day-to-day support to the business, ensuring customer needs are met whilst maintaining effective in-store processes and functions.   

What you will do:   

Whilst providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, responsibilities include:

• Coordinate office administrative activities.
• Booking in freight.
• Data entry processing.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and related correspondence.
• Manage all emails correspondence in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
• Raising customer reports through our various systems.
• Processing invoices & following up with suppliers regarding errors or queries.
• Internal reporting. 

Why you would be successful: 

To really hit the ground running in this role you will have:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• A high attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Great customer service skills. 
• “Can-do” attitude.
