Warehouse Administrator

Are you looking for your first step into the world of Warehousing and Logistics? Do you have an analytical mind with excellent attention to detail? Do know your way around a spreadsheet? Then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, picking and dispatching as required
• Perform all reporting requirements, including stock control and receipting
• Help process and print relevant picking slips, invoices and customer pick up requirements
• Advise Food Service Delivery Drivers of specific customer requirements, whilst also following up with transport/fleet companies
• Communicate all issues regarding credit, warehouse, transport and replenishment areas to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
• Forklift tickets – not essential but favourable.
• Stock control experience would be beneficial as well.
• Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
• Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
