As Inventory Analyst, you will be part of a team that are responsible for inventory accountability and management within the warehouse. You will be controlling the day-to-day inventory operations while implementing an agreed-upon inventory control. Objective of the role is to assist the warehouse operations and ensure high inventory accuracy to support and maximize the efficiently for the warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate daily inventory discrepancies and errors.
Prepare and conduct regular cycle counting activities for the cycle counting plan for the calendar year.
Assist with stock quarantine, damage review, disposal, credit and returns inventory management.
Maintain records of inventory adjustments and approvals.
Provide analytical support and develop and maintain reports for metric collection.
Work with business planning teams on their inventory requirements.
Develop SOPs within the scope of warehouse and inventory management.
Participate in audits to provide evidence of compliance with inventory and financial policies and procedures.
Create wave building for customer order shipments.
Participate in internal and external Audits to ensure inventory processes are followed, and that inventory accuracy is maintained at acceptable levels and tolerances.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management related field.
Min. 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
To be able to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other WMS.
Good team player, effective communication, and strong planning organization to support problem solving.
