Job Summary: Pharmacoo is a leading Korean beauty distributor, B2C, B2B and e-commerce business seeking a well-presented, motivated, and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily B2C and B2B orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
Working Hours: 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Receiving and Shipping:
- Unload and organise incoming shipments.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Warehouse Organisation:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
- Ensure materials and products are stored properly.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Reply customer' parcel inquiry, deal with shipper of cliam lost parcel.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Clear, well-spoken, and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Physically fit for manual work.
- Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- LF Forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
- Korean and mandarin speaker prefer
