As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations efficiently including: stocktake, stock management, ordering, forecasting, and purchasing
- Use Shopify to process and manage orders accurately
- Coordinate freight and logistics management
- Ensure proper cleaning and sterilising of equipment
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with product assembly and order delivery
- Conduct pick and pack of orders
- Operate Walkie Stacker equipment safely and effectively.
Position Requirements
- Prior warehouse and customer service experience
- High level of experience and proficiency with Outlook, Shopify, Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and freight management software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
- Working with children’s check, Police check and NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
