HOBAN Recruitment are currently seeking expressions of interest for Customer Service Operators/Call Centre guns for ongoing opportunities across multiple National Contact Centres located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Your responsibilities:
Responding to a high volume of inbound customer queries by phone
Have a genuine passion for delivery of high-quality customer experience and a willingness to assist and resolve customer enquiries
Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data real time into multiple systems
Adheres to organisational processes and policies
Have good quality and performance Customer Service results including attendance and adherence to roster
Your skills and experience:
Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment desirable but not essential
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone manner and builds rapport easily
Demonstrates high level of empathy when troubleshooting and problem solving
Complaint resolution and Problem solving skills.
Displays a high level of integrity and sense of urgency
Ability to work towards and achieve targets
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
