Thats So Fetch is a fast-growing Australian-based online fashion brand. We are currently seekin highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at our Truganina distribution centre. Successful candidates will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and shipping our online women's fast fashion products to customers, among other warehouse oriented tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack items according to customer orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail.
Ensure all products are correctly labelled and packaged in a timely manner for shipment.
Collaborate with the rest of the warehouse team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets and deadlines.
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the warehouse area and packing stations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Pick Packing role in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and or The Google Workspace and inventory management systems such as shopify.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with moderate to high levels of activity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and punctuality is essential.
