Located in Macquarie Park we are a privately owned Australian family company operating for over 30 years and due to our rapidly expanding business we require an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic and vibrant company in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, rolling stocktakes, order processing, and shipping and receiving.
- Oversee warehouse operational performance including picking rates, picking accuracy, minimising credits and damaged stock.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to optimize productivity and reduce errors.
- Provide direction to warehouse staff ensuring employees understand their job requirements and keeping team focused and on task.
- Conduct weekly updates to the Operations Manager and undertake daily team meetings.
- Ensure Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met including safe use of plant and equipment, manual handling, hazard and incident reporting.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and servicing of equipment and forklifts.
- Maintaining adequate levels of consumables and supplies required for daily operations.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations.
- Coordinate rostering of staff, overtime and annual leave management.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience using an ERP or WMS system (experience with Oracle NetSuite would be highly regarded)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional disposition.
- Have a current forklift licence.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
