Our headquarters is in Victoria, and we have operations in New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and in Nelson, New Zealand. Our continued growth, extensive inventory and warehousing and our dedicated team require an experienced Warehouse Manager to provide leadership and management across every facet of our supply chain lifecycle.
The Role
As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for all warehouse operations, parts supply, inventory and keeping the warehouse team engaged, trained and safe to continue to operate seamlessly and efficiently. In addition to warehousing, logistics and inventory management, you will also work closely with our team of technicians so they can deliver timely servicing and maintenance, as well as our procurement team who, as a result of your feedback, will ensure that the warehouse has the necessary equipment to supply our clients on a timely basis.
Duties will include the following:
- Supervising a medium sized warehouse team to ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Recommending and taking ownership for implementing aligned warehouse processes in our other states/locations.
- Driving OHS, compliance and security standards and practices.
- Managing inventory and reporting effectively.
- Indirect P&L responsibility with a focus on freight costs and efficiency.
- Developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicating with all stakeholders promptly and professionally.
About You
You will bring relevant experience working in a supply chain and inventory / warehousing environment and have a commercial focus and a strong foundation in planning, organising and reporting.
Essential skills and attributes to succeed in this role include:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Suitable Australian work rights
- Qualifications in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- A valid driver and forklift license
