AddressCut Fresh Salads is a fast paced company supplying ready to eat salads and vegetable lines to the fast food industry.
We are currently looking for an energetic Warehouse Manager to join our small team at Wetherill Park to manage the day to day operations of the warehouse and support our procurement efforts.
The Job:
- Early morning shift work (between 2.00am to 10.00am)
- Working in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees)
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control and floor productivity.
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facility, communicating with drivers and 3rd party DC to ensure efficient delivery.
- Stock ordering and forecasting.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, and place orders to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise competing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Thorough understanding and commitment to OH&S
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Current forklift license.
