Brand new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead and rejuvenate the team based in Seven Hills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership qualities, capable of managing both day-to-day operations and innovative projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Inventory Management, obsolete stock reporting
- Ensuring compliance to OH&S
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and staff management
- Ensuing regulatory documents are up to date
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth running of business
- Lead training and development of warehouse team
- Drive the development of sustainability practices
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry
- Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency (experience implementing an ERP system advantageous)
- Proven leadership experience and a leadership style that encourages accountability, respect & collaboration
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to safety in the workplace
- Vision and proactivity in continuous improvement in a warehouse environment
- Cool room experience, lean six sigma and a forklift license would be advantageous
- Sense of purpose in improving the lives of customer base
