About the role
A great opportunity has arisen in Hardings as a Warehouse Manager based at our Reservoir Warehouse. You will be responsible for effectively and safely managing all warehouse functions within the warehouse and logistics operations of the business. The role includes reviewing and developing robust process to ensure continual improvement whilst delivering optimal efficiency across the site. Within your role, you will provide leadership to the team to create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our team members.
As a leader you will have previous leadership experience and believe that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. Your attention to detail in critical data analysis and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs.

What you will be doing
- Works to agreed KPI's, Benchmarks and or targets which will include DIFOT.
- Controls costs within scope of role without compromise to safety or quality.
- To ensure all areas within control are safe and comply with all required standards.
- To ensure pick dockets flow smoothly end to end and is processed accurately and correctly.
- Manage resources within area of control, including casual labour hire, overtime and performance.
- Provide hands on leadership to the team, leads by example and works with other leaders.
- To ensure security of site and assets which includes managing opening and closing and is on call after hours if required.
What you will bring
· At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated employee engagement skills and can communicate to all levels internally.
- Positive ‘can do' attitude including leading from the front.
- Can work in high pressure and fast paced ever changing environment.
- Energetic and hands on approach is a must in the role.
