Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, optimising warehouse processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the facility. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the warehouse while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to manage stock levels efficiently.

Order Fulfilment:

• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritise and fulfil customer requests promptly.
• Implement best practices for order accuracy and on-time delivery.

Warehouse Organisation:

• Optimise warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilisation.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to preserve the quality of coffee products.
• Implement and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Implement and enforce proper handling and storage procedures for coffee products.
• Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
