Warehouse Officer / Stores Person

ALG has a great opportunity for Warehouse Officer to join one of our aviation client based in Tullamarine Airport. The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.

This is a casual contract offering full-time hours. There is a high possibility of long-term extension for various warehouse positions within the organisation (provided you excel in the role) - Monday to Friday schedule - day shift.

Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

• Operating the forklift in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintaining company premises and equipment;
• Performing cleaning duties to ensure safety and suitability for use;
• Tool handling and management;
• Manual handling (picking and packing);

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

• Australian Driver's license and Forklift license
• Airside Driving Authority (ADA) highly advantageous.
• Current ASIC highly advantageous.
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol and physical test);
• Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills and
• Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulation.
