This role is based at our DC in Maddington and you must be able to work Monday – Friday 5 or 6am – 1 or 2pm for this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
- Reporting on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
- Leading and developing a high performing team
- Working effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
- Picking and packing orders as required
What’s in your toolkit?
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- Eagerness to learn and be a part of our transformation
- Experience in a similar role in FMCG would be a bonus
- Ideally you will hold a current forklift license
