Our client is a Mining leader who is now seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based near Perth Airport. They are offering an attractive salary package, great development opportunities and extensive staff rewards.
Ensure efficient workflow, resource alignment, and accurate order fulfillment, including picking and supplying stock.
Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including dispatch, shipping, handling, and distribution.
Deliver timely reports, resolve operational issues with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and customer service.
Coordinate of freight deliveries between delivery centre and the various sites across WA
Maintain a strong team culture by leading staff, addressing training needs, and providing necessary overall support.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OHS standards, company policies
RequirementsMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a warehousing/operations role.
Knowledge of ERP systems and transport booking software.
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or hold valid working rights.
Sound experience in effective safety management
Proven experience in managing medium to large teams
