Warehouse Supervisor

We are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor who is looking to excel in our fast-paced Warehouse team! A day in the working life:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Manages and oversees the efficient operation of Sancell’s Finished Goods warehouse facility activities, 
• Act as the central point of contact for freight and logistics enquiries,
• Oversees and effectively manages stock control and stock management systems, 
• Management of stock levels in line with customer demand taking into account efficiencies in production planning and most efficient use of floor space, 
• Ensures and adheres to company standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security within the work environment, 
• Continually assess ways to minimise warehouse expenditure according with the Budget and justification for staffing, freight, and capital equipment,
• Ability to build and develop strong cross departmental relationships that enhance operational efficiencies and overall business growth,
• Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture,
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,

Ideal candidates will have: 

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Experience managing people and developing team culture 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Current Forklift licence
• Dedicated, reliable, and committed with a strong work ethic
• A high attention to detail
• Strong understanding of operations and systems
• Initiative
