This is a permanent full time role, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm though we can be flexible on hours.

A role like no other...
This is a true Warehouse Manager position where your focus will be all things warehouse operations. You will be someone who loves getting things done, rolling up your sleeves and embrace all tasks that come your way. Those tasks could be anything from:
- Establish and maintain scheduling of orders fulfillment to ensure optimal use of resources and attainment aligns with business targets and customer orders
- Ensure dispatchment schedule is communicated and managed to meet deadlines

- Ensure dispatchment schedule is communicated and managed to meet deadlines
- Overseeing the picking and packing of orders
- Liaising with our national freight partners including assisting them with order collection, loading and scheduling order collection
- Ensure all inwards goods are received
- Support, coach, and develop your team to ensure they can be the best they can be for both themselves and Charlie’s benefit
- Determine optimal inventory levels and manage accordingly, in conjunction with Production Director
- Prepare monthly report of aged stock and review with Operations Manager to determine how to clear
- Assist with the monitoring of all HACCP Plans, Corrective Actions and Support Programs
- Safety of all things related to the warehouse and team operations
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A forklift licence
- A drivers licence
- Working at heights certificate
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet required deadlines and schedules with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the organisation and changing priorities of the role
- Ability to plan and organise work for self and executive in an environment with multiple demands.
