To support our Vision 2030 Growth Strategy Mondelēz ANZ has invested in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and distribution centre in Melbourne’s West, Truganina.
As a result, this has created some very exciting career opportunities, come play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.
In this role, you are the Warehouse systems expert managing all system related issues across all sites, including escalations, testing and driving implementation of system changes. You will also be responsible for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities for all sites.
How you will contribute
You will:
- First point of contact for Internal escalation for system related activities
- Identification of continuous improvement opportunities, particularly with the systems space
- Manage the process of scoping, assessment, proposal, approval, development, testing, implementation and support of system changes
- Testing of system enhancements
- Analysis of data to identify risks and opportunities
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience in warehouse operations preferably in FMCG/CPG & with Automated Sorting & Retrieving System (ASRS)
- Understanding of logistic, supply chain, transportation, and distribution centre operations
- Solid systems knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) /Decentralized Warehouse Management (DWM), TM, SYNQ, Tolas
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Planning & organizing system transactions to optimize operations
- Solution minded; collaborative team player who is motivated to make things happen
