SalaryAs a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations. You will lead a small team to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.This is a permanent full-time position, Monday - Friday, 10.00 Am - 06.00 Pm. The role will be based in Pinkenba.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Oversee loading and unloading activities
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe workspace
- Execute warehouse and distribution functions, including shipment receipts, stocktakes, and dispatch
- Previous experience managing/directing a small team is desired
- Ability to develop strong relationships with the team
- Proficient in handling HR issues and conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution functions
- High reach forklift experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a safety-first culture
- A mindset of continual improvement
- Pre-employment medical examination is required
