Mercedes-Benz Toowong is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join the team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the daily operations of the Warranty Department are kept compliant and within factory guidelines.
Our ideal candidate is reliable and has knowledge of the day-to-day warranty processes. You must also be a strong team player.
Some specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Receive repair orders and process claims daily via terminal input to Manufacturer.
- Ensure maximum labour claimed for each repair order and instruct corrective action with team members as required.
- Explaining service options and processes
- Comply with Manufacturer request to return certain parts. By repacking and organising freight to the destination nominated by the Manufacturer
- Provide guidance for the dealer personal regarding warranty matters.
- Assisting internal managers with any decisions regarding warranty parts or processes.
- Check all repair orders for correct information and outstanding recalls or campaigns daily.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a warranty or similar type position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- Experience with ERA Power
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz brand an advantage but not essential
