AddressEagers Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Warranty Clerkwith great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team at Big Rock Toyota in Balcatta.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is integral to the administration support of the Service Department.
It is the role of the Warranty Clerk to process all documentation relating to the warranty repairs of vehicles whilst within warranty period. It’s imperative that the Warranty Clerk always maintains a professional attitude and deal with Warranty issues in a timely manner.
This includes:
- Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties
About you:

You will ideally possess:
- Experience with TUNE is not essential but desirable.
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within costing in dealerships but not essential
