About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the domestic Waste Contracts of Lane Cove and Hunters Hill Councils with a focus on quality control, contractor compliance and customer service. You will also assist in the development and implementation of best-practice processes and systems to ensure our services run effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary Qualifications in business administration and contract management, environmental studies or related field OR equivalent qualifications and experience;
• Demonstrated knowledge of waste management and resource recovery;
• Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to the provision of excellent customer service; and
• Current Class C Drivers Licence.

Although not essential, experience in contract management including tender development, operations management and dispute resolution would be an advantage.

Salary range - Up to $103K per annum (incl. super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
