Job description:

We are currently looking for an innovative and exceptional Web Developer to join our team Radadiya & Brothers Pty Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for creating great websites for the client. The ideal candidate should possess experience and enthusiasm, capable of thriving in a dynamic and high-performance work environment.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Planning and designing websites for Radadiya & Brothers Pty Ltd and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Developing custom web elements involves scripting for tasks like lead form creation, appointment booking, auto webinars, email automation, chatbots, video embedding, and workflow automation.
• Create websites for Radadiya & Brothers and interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices, and incorporate data from back-end databases and services from back-end databases and services.
• Develop or validate testing schedules that address all browsers and devices, ensuring web content can be accessed on any computer.
• Create and maintain workflows for teams, providing visibility and ensuring balance.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
• To ensure website security, adequate space, and seamless functionality. 
• Administering the online CRM of Radadiya Group with robust security measures, effective user management, database oversight, cloud management, and automatic backup procedures for all files and source codes
• Offering recommendations and insights for enhancing internet presence and multi-channel communication strategies, particularly across various digital platforms.
• Constructing funnel pages and sales landing pages for Radadiya Group by using popular platforms such as Clickfunnels, Go High Level, and Elementor.
• Engaging in negotiations regarding design solutions with clients, management, sales, and production staff on behalf of Radadiya Group.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field is required.
• Proficient in both written and oral communication.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Possesses exemplary computer proficiency.
• Adopts a flexible and dynamic approach to working hours.
•  Exhibits strong interpersonal skills. 
• Capable of conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and adept at working independently. 

Salary:

• AUD 70000-75000 salary annually exclusive of superannuation.
