AddressWe are a long-standing IT and Communications & Marketing company located in Toowong.
We have an immediate opening in our Managed Services department for a dual-role position. The primary responsibility is to support Website/Domain Hosting Clients, and secondary duties include assisting our IT Help Desk with maintenance tasks when needed.
Key responsibilities: Websites
- Managing & Maintaining Internal Websites - inc news blogging
- Managing & Maintaining Internal Social Media accounts inc posting
- Managing existing Website hosting customers
- Managing existing Domain hosting customers
- Maintaining existing website maintenance contracts -Mainly WordPress
- Some WordPress design and updates for customers as required
When that job is done - we do not expect that will be a fulltime job
- Provide high level desktop and network support and administration services to a variety of clients predominately remotely.
- Ideally someone that has experience in data analytics and reporting - Scheduled maintenance and reporting for IT customers
- Updating documentation and systems
Experience:
- PHP, SQL - HTML, CSS - Not essential but welcome
- JQUERY, JavaScript - Not Essential but welcome
- DNS Management & Migrations - Important
- WordPress & cPanel - Very Important
- Experience in E-commerce platforms and set up - Important
- WordPress Plugin Management - Important
- Design and Graphic manipulation – Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory / Intune / Defender - Helpful
- Power BI and Copilot would both be of interest.
- Cloud & Portal Based solutions
- General OS and application troubleshooting
- Good team work and communication is essential
