Due to our growth, we are now looking for a suitable I.T. Support Technician to join our highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues.
- Perform equipment configurations and installations.
- Assist customers through our helpdesk via phone, email, or ticket system.
- Deliver remote troubleshooting services and attend client sites as required.
- Maintain accurate job ticket logs and relevant documentation.
- Meet ticket timing deadlines to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Implement projects and support services to meet client needs.
About You:
- Strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Organized and self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Training, certification, or experience in one or more Network Technologies (Routing, Switching, DNS), 3CX Phones, Microsoft (Office) 365 Administration, Security, Microsoft Windows, Network Hardware, and PSA are desirable.
- Point of Sale experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous Experience in Similar role desirable.
