Family owned and operated, our business is focused on delivering the most exceptional customer experiences and with over 100 weddings and events booked throughout 2024, we are looking to expand our front of house depth by seeking the services of an experiences and professional Event Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be professional and enthusiastic and will work closely with the Event Managers to assist in supervising a wide range of functions and events, ensuring that exceptional customer service and experiences are achieved.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Event Supervisor to join our team.
The Event Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of various events, including Weddings, Birthdays and Corporate Functions, ensuring that the execution of those events surpass client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Event Manager(s) to understand event objectives and client expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate the set up, execution, and pack down of events, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Manage on-site event staff and work closely with catering & management staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams during events and address any issues or concerns that may arise during events, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with Event Managers to review expectations and gather feedback.

- Experience in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Experience in a similar supervisor role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or independently at a fast pace.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Current RSA & RP Badge (or eligible to be issued with one)
