Peterson House is the leading sparkling wine specialist in the Hunter Valley. Often referred to as the 'Gateway' to the Hunter, we are often the first stop visitors make when visiting the Valley.
Our Restaurant is award winning open seven days a week breakfast and lunch only, with evenings reserved for functions.

Our ever expanding function department is a close knit team and is now recruiting for an impressively busy calendar. With over 200 weddings per year, we are looking for casual staff members - with the permanent positions available for the right attendant. These roles are primarily afternoon & night work, (though some day shifts are available) and do involve a degree of physical labour, such as moving cases of beer, tables & chairs.
The positions are ideal for uni students, stay at home parents, people looking for second jobs, or anyone interested in a career in weddings, events or hospitality.
To be Considered for these roles, you will have the following:
- Positive, bubbly personality, with the ability to adapt to the different needs of our patrons
- RSA & awareness of WHS
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- The desire to be part of a strong team and build on your current skill set
