What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula At Home Subacute is a 7 day a week service that aims to deliver quality, evidenced based, multidisciplinary rehabilitation care to patients in their own home, which would otherwise have been delivered in a hospital bed. This occupational therapy position provides weekend service to the At Home Subacute patient
cohort, including assessment and intervention for patients being cared for under neurological, orthopaedic, rehabilitation, GEM or palliative Care streams. This position is to work on weekends in the service.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA).
• Demonstrated competence in Occupational Therapy clinical service provision, including evidenced based assessment, intervention and discharge planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in the community setting and be self-directed.
• Current driver’s license.

*Please refer to salary circular for ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
