Hays has partnered with a well known car distributor and is seeking a Weekend Receptionist inOsborne Park. The ideal candidate should be able to work Saturday and Sunday and have experience in a reception/ customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer service attitude.
Salary:
- $35 per hour.
