A rare opportunity has become available at Sydney City Lexus Waterloo for a proactive Weekend Receptionist who is passionate about customer experience.
As the successful candidate, you will be well presented, professional and have a strong willingness to take direction and learn new skills. You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong customer focus.
Your main duties will involve:
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing exceptional service.
- Preparing coffee & tea for customers.
- sorting, sending out and allocating of emails.
- Answering phone calls and efficiently transferring calls.
- General Administration duties as requested by management and the sales team.
- Displaying professionalism at all times.
- Sorting, sending out and allocating mail
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous customer service and/or reception experience.
- A 'can do' attitude.
- The ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
- The ability to take initiative and be proactive in assisting sales staff.
