This is a permanent full-time position reporting to our Senior Practitioner, Wellbeing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of our school community, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, engaging and inclusive environment, ensuring that students receive individualised and comprehensive support.

- Assist in the collaborative development of Personal Education Plans alongside teaching and classroom support staff, employing strategies that appropriately combat cognitive, sensory and social/emotional challenges
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and align with our commitment to fostering well-being in an educational setting.
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, human services, behavioural sciences or equivalent
- Highly developed skills and experience in working with young people to provide individualised support that enables students to improve their social, emotional, academic and vocational capacities
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assessment and support for young people experiencing difficulties related to mental health and/or disability
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide high quality professional reports and case notes
