Wellness Centre Receptionist

AHP are now offering an attractive full time position our established Wellness Centre, situated within a residential aged care facility. 

This position offers a stimulating work environment where you can expand your skills, work with a diverse range of clients, and make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being. Our health and Wellness Centre services all ages with a range of treatments.

• Flexible start date: Can commence asap. 
• Roster: 38 hours per week - Monday and Friday (Permanent Full Time) OR Permanent Part Time (Must work on Monday, Tuesday and Friday). 
• Salary ranges on experience: $55,000-$65,000 + Superannuation!

The Role: Wellness Centre Receptionist

• Efficiently handle invoicing procedures for rendered services.
• Meticulously manage booking and updating appointments for clients.
• Assisting the team with setting up / packing down equipment.
• Keep reception area and waiting room tidy and presentable at all times.
• Foster seamless resident flow and facilitate effective communication. by coordinating with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse disciplines within our Wellness Centre. Cultivate an environment of holistic care and support, maximising the quality-of-life outcomes for our residents and participants through integrated approaches.

Skills & Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and team members.
• Prior experience with CorePlus; highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, Health Services or similar is highly desirable.
• Current National Police Check (within the last two years) and NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Up to date with Flu & COVID-19 Vaccinations.
• Full working rights in Australia.
