Job Description:
As a White Card Trainer, you will be passing on your knowledge and skills to diverse and interesting student groups to ensure they meet their study and career goals through training and assessment of the CPCWHS1001 unit.
You will also be performing daily tasks including providing feedback and guidance as well as resolving any student and course concerns and issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (TAE40116)
- Possess any of the following qualification/s:
- CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry or equivalent (CPCCWHS1001)
- CPCCOHS2001A - Apply OHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry or equivalent (CPCCWHS2001)
- White Card training and assessment (CPCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry)
- Industry experience in the construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
