Key Responsibilities:

·        Technical/Operational:

·        Conduct health and safety needs assessments, audits, and reviews.

·        Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

·        Conduct comprehensive risk assessments.

·        Develop control frameworks to enhance safety measures.

·        Provide leadership coaching to enhance safety culture.

·        Project management to ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives.

·        Collaborate with senior consultants to develop scope of works documents and client proposals based on defined needs.

·        Continuous project management to monitor and evaluate ongoing safety programs.

Knowledge/Experience

·        Previous internal or external consulting experience.

·        Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management.

·        Ability to adapt and learn new technology and online systems.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

·        Possession of a current driver’s license and own vehicle.

·        Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred

·        Relevant tertiary qualification in OHS or allied health

·        Certified Lead auditor on Health and Safety Management System: ISO 45001.
