ROLE
We are seeking a Recruitment Researcher to join our team for a 9-month period, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role. We are open to candidates available either full-time or part-time.
As a Resourcer, you will:
- Conduct headhunting campaigns to identify talent from clients' competitors.
- Proactively find suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and our CRM.
- Advertise vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean, and manage the responses.
- Source, screen, and conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
- Conduct detailed references on all shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all interviewed candidates.
- Work strategically with the team to identify leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.

ABOUT YOU
- 2 years of experience in Recruitment (internal or agency).
- Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality in shortlisted candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for recruitment and a drive to continuously learn and improve in the field.
