Reporting to the Manager, People Data and Workday Operations, you will provide systems administration, reporting and enhancement support for the Workday Human Capital Management System. This is a full time, Permanent role to join a collaborative and high performing team. Other responsibilities include; Managing and tracking Customer Service Requests from internal stakeholders for general systems administration support, system enhancements and report requests.
Supporting projects associated with improving the quality and effectiveness of the Workday HCM functionality. Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders and end users to ensure system adoption is optimised. Collaborating with key stakeholders and Product team to design and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
Collaborating with the internal HR Systems team to learn and share Workday best practices. Engaging with Workday Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance and engagement activities are undertaken. Managing the configuration, testing and roll out of new functionality and processes.
Managing the configuration and maintenance of user access, control files, parameters and system processing rules for Workday HCM. Ensuring ongoing integrity of the HR data by identifying and undertaking data cleansing opportunities and completing quality assurance checking of processes. What we are looking for in you?
As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential. To be considered for the position, we are looking for the successful candidate to meet the following criteria; Experience with Workday HCM (or similar HRIS) system administration, configuration, permissions/access controls and front-end application use is mandatory. Demonstrated experience of Workday HCM (or similar HRIS) report building and distribution methods.
Experience developing and managing key process documentation, including procedures, user-guides and training material is desirable Experience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll environments is desirable.
