genU are looking for a Workforce Administrator to join our Home Support Services team in Warrnambool. In this role, you will be providing high quality administrative support to the Operations Managers, Workforce Coordinator and wider HSS team, whilst facilitating continuous improvement of communications, documentation and processes.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Quality and compliance of documentation held by ISS on behalf of support workers
- Processing of leave application forms
- Monitor compliance against training and book staff into training records where applicable
- Facilitate communications to the support worker team
- Facilitate training for support workers on how to use Carelink Go.
- Documentation, filing and archiving
- Providing quality customer service to our supports workers and clients through phone engagement, email correspondence and newsletter information provision.
- Well-developed computer and data entry skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products; including Word and Excel, and Internet and email applications
- Experience where telephone communication was the primary communication with clients and or employees
- Ability to be flexible to the changing workload and demands;
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Must have or be willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'
