The Role:
This role assists our Participants and program with managing our core business needs with regards to our Workforce and Compliance needs;
- Work alongside our Senior Service Coordinators to recruit, onboard and maintain a compliant database of Disability Support Workers.
- Drive, review and manage compliance documentation, ensuring it is kept current and valid
- Ensure our Disability Support Workers feel supported and educated with respect to maintaining their mandatory documentation.
- Assist to organise training refreshers for our workforce, as required.
- Operate within our CRM database, Microsoft office applications and other I.T systems.
- Assist with payroll and Human Resource duties, as required.
- Support the team with impending re-certification tasks, as required.
