Workforce Projects and Policy Coordinator

(00017174)

We are seeking HR professionals who are passionate about shaping policies, leading improvement projects, and providing impactful advice.

Fixed term contract for a period until 31 December 2024, with the possibility of extension

About the role

As the Workforce Projects and Policy Coordinator, you will take the lead in developing and applying fair and equitable human resources principles, policies, and processes. You will utilise your expertise to conduct research, review existing policies, and implement innovative programs, ensuring the delivery of timely and customer-focused services across a diverse spectrum of human resource issues.

Take charge of continuous improvement projects, providing expert advice to key stakeholders, and promoting collaboration through the facilitation of training and information sessions for both management and staff.
