About the role:
Our Business Initiatives team have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Advisor – Policy and Projects to manage the formulation, implementation and evaluation of new and existing policies and strategic initiatives. This role is a part of a close-knit team responsible for managing complex, high impact business improvements with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and business process.
What the role will involve:
· Monitor external Policy and legislation changes and ensure that associated guidelines, standards and processes are appropriate and up-to-date.
· Manage the formulation, implementation and evaluation of new and existing policies and strategic initiatives across the Asset Planning and Delivery Services group
· Lead the identification and delivery of policy related business and continuous improvement initiatives
· Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop more efficient and effective business processes.
· Lead and manage complex, high impact projects at a Business Unit, Group and Corporate level, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and business process.
About you:
Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a Commerce, Business or Policy related discipline or have a strong background working within the corporate legislative, regulatory and accountability frameworks.
You will have substantial experience in building positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as developing and implementing customer focussed strategies, policies, guidelines, process improvements and change management.
